Print Your Label
Once submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
